For more than 50 years, the Eden Township Healthcare District has served the healthcare needs of the residents of San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Hayward, Castro Valley and surrounding communities. The District’s role has evolved to take on a greater role in the community by overseeing hospital services, investing in health care services to ensure the greatest access to medical care, and supporting local efforts to improve the health of residents.
